We received the laser and it was fully operational as expected. The documentation was not as detailed as it should be - but not unexpected based on the language barrier. We did have an issue about 3 days into using it - but that was resolved by their support team and working with us. Their support was great and they were up all hours of the night to help us.
We have been using the system for about 3 weeks now and it really is amazing.
All in all - VERY high marks and we are very pleased! :)
